Cruise port to airport transfer
The ride from the cruise port to the airport was so easy, all thanks to our awesome driver Tolga. He was super professional, nice, and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Tolga even sent us a photo of his car and the license plate, and he stayed in touch with us through What's App to help us find the right exit. His English was really good, and he was so friendly that the ride was actually enjoyable. We felt really safe and well looked after the whole time. In the end, we were really happy with the service we got.

Eyebrow pencil purchase
I bought an eyebrow pencil that didn't work right. When I tried to use it, nothing came out when I twisted it. I emailed customer service right away to tell them about the problem. They asked for pictures of the pencil, so I sent them. But then they asked for a video showing the issue, which I thought was a little weird. I still made the video and sent it to them. But even after all that, I never heard back from customer service. This whole thing left me feeling really let down and annoyed.
