Cirque du Freak and Demonata series
I was really let down by my experience at that bookstore. I placed an order for 2 full sets of Cirque du Freak and Demonata series on April 3rd, but all I got was a confirmation and then nothing on the tracking front. It's frustrating to hear others say they got their orders in 3 days, it makes me wonder if some of the reviews are legit.

Incomplete puzzle
I was really let down by the puzzle I bought recently. When it arrived, a piece was missing and there was actually a duplicate of a different picture. It was so annoying, especially since I got it as a gift for my friends.
