Multiple occasions
I've been so impressed with the quality and beauty of the roses I've gotten from this company. They always come quickly and in perfect shape. I did have a little problem with one order recently, but their customer service team fixed it right away and even sent me some extra roses to make it right. Everyone I've sent these flowers to has been blown away by how beautiful and good-smelling they are. I'm really happy with my experiences ordering from this company.

High-quality clothing items
As a customer of KUHL, I have to say that the clothes I bought were top-notch. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really shines through in every item, and I am so happy with my purchase. On the flip side, I have to mention how bummed I am about the lack of communication and customer service from the team. I tried calling and emailing several times about a missing package worth a lot to me, but I didn't hear anything back. It's pretty disappointing to feel like a company doesn't care, especially when it involves a big chunk of change.

Trading program review
This trading program seemed like it was going to be great, but honestly, it fell short. The whole "Optimize Ai Algorithm" thing was a bust, and the "set files" support didn't bring in any profits. The documentation made it seem like success was just around the corner, but without the right settings, it was impossible to achieve. It almost felt like I got scammed into buying a pricey "Trade manager" that didn't deliver on its promises. Plus, a lot of the features were just plain confusing - especially the "Trend Scanner Panel" that looked more like a game of pinball than a useful tool. All in all, it was a waste of my time and energy, and I've since moved on. Learn from my experience and steer clear of this program!

Lifetime cover for my dog
I definitely won't sugarcoat it - my pup had a rough time with IVDD and needed bladder surgery. Unfortunately, he didn't make it. But I gotta say, this company was a breeze to work with through it all. Making claims myself and through the vet was easy peasy. They were super clear with the process, no funny business, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Plus, their customer service was top-notch - they were always quick to help and genuinely cared about what I was going through. When we're ready for another furry pal, we'll definitely be going back to them.
