Returns issue resolution
I had a problem with a carrier losing half of my package when I tried to make a return recently. But let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch! Marie, Anna, and Helena were so great in keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They made sure I knew what was going on and didn't feel ignored. Their communication skills were on point. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out, and I have to say, they did an amazing job. I felt so relieved to have such helpful and friendly people guiding me through the whole process. The problem got fixed quickly, and thanks to the updates, the waiting time wasn't too bad. Overall, I am super happy with how everything was handled. The customer service team really knocked it out of the park!
