Delayed Order
I am really ticked off about my experience with this company. I ordered something and it's been 9 days since then, but no sign of my order showing up. I've contacted them a bunch of times to check on my order, but they keep saying they can't give me a shipping date. On top of that, they can't even cancel my order because of some warehouse problem. The lack of communication and not being able to fix this quickly is getting on my nerves. Finally, they gave me a vague answer of 5 more days until it ships, but by now I don't even want it anymore. Overall, this whole thing has been terrible and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

Unsatisfactory clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes from this company and man, they were not what I expected at all. The style and fit were way off. So, I tried to return them but their customer service was a total mess. They said I could only get 30% back if I kept the clothes and basically told me to just give them away. I tried to push for a return but they would not budge. Dealing with their customer service was such a pain.

handbag
I just bought a handbag from this store, and man, I have to say I was pretty let down by the quality of the thing. As soon as I got it, I could see lots of scratches and marks on it, making it seem like it had been used and sent back before. Not cool at all, especially for what I shelled out for it. The whole product was just a mess, and I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from this store again.

Attempted address change for shipment
I tried to change the shipping address for my package, but got no response for days. When I finally heard back, they said they couldn't make the change even though the item hadn't been shipped yet according to Federal Express. And then no one replied to my follow-up emails.

I am totally in love with the two sweatshirts I got from this company! I wear them all the time and people always give me compliments on how good they look. They fit me just right, feel really comfortable, and you can tell they're made with top-notch materials. I couldn't be more satisfied with my buy.

Super fun packages in the mail
I totally forgot to send my package back on time, oops! But I emailed them about it and they responded really quickly. They were so nice and told me they extended my shipping date. They even gave me some helpful instructions. I really enjoy getting packages in the mail and their customer service is awesome. I know that if I ever need help, they'll be quick to respond and super nice.

Wool clog purchase for comfort and support
I've been rockin' those wool clogs for years now ever since I had back surgery and messed up my nerves. So, the other day I decided to get some new ones 'cause my old ones were beat up. Turns out, the sizing has changed and they didn't tell me! I tried contacting customer service but got different answers from everybody. Long story short, I ended up with new clogs that were still too tight. It would've been nice if they had just been upfront about the sizing changes on their website. Just sayin'.

Sandals
The customer service at this store is just awful. The sandals I bought were super cheap and not even worth what I paid. I tried to return them, but it took forever for the return to go through, and then it took an extra two weeks before I got my money back. It was a total mess and so annoying. The customer service people just kept spouting out their rules without even listening to me.
