Attempted address change for shipment
I tried to change the shipping address for my package, but got no response for days. When I finally heard back, they said they couldn't make the change even though the item hadn't been shipped yet according to Federal Express. And then no one replied to my follow-up emails.

Round trip booking from Sakarya to Izmir
I recently booked a bus ticket online for a round trip from Sakarya to Izmir. The bus I rode on was really nice, and the staff were so friendly. It was running a little late, but that was no big deal. On the way back, I accidentally missed my bus, but the employees were super helpful and got me on another bus to ensure I made it safely to my destination. I really appreciate the great customer service! Thank you all for looking out for me!
