Linking accounts on the app
So, I was trying to link my accounts on the app and it was a total nightmare. I kept getting kicked out and asked to sign in a million times! I was about to throw my phone out the window. But then I emailed them and this really nice lady named Cheryl got back to me. She was so sweet and actually listened to what I had to say. The next day, I tried again and magically, everything worked perfectly! I was so close to giving up but Cheryl totally saved the day.
