I bought shoes at the beginning of October and they were lost by UPS. Yankee kicks was very non responsive with my emails to them and when it all was said and done they refunded me $100 of the 163.49 for the product. They wouldn't refund the full amount. Don't give them your business. Much better organizations that treat you the way you should be treated.
