Figure model purchase
My experience with OtakuPlan was amazing from beginning to end. I just bought a figure model from them, and there was a small problem with my order. But, their customer service team was so nice and quick to help. They really made sure I got the right product and that I was happy with everything. I was really impressed with how they dealt with everything and how much they cared about making me happy as a customer.
