Rain X latitude wipers
Purchased wiper blades on April 18, 2020. Tracking info only indicated preshipment. I Had not received them. Sent an email requesting a refund on May 2. Bill, from customer support, indicated in his email that i have to wait 30 days before requesting a refund (a long time but with COVID 19 understandable). I sent another email on May18, indicating I still haven't revived the wipers and wanted a refund. In Bill's reply, he asked if i wanted a refund or a replacement, which was strange enough since I asked for a refund now two times. My reply was a refund since I had already purchased the wipers from a local store (really, my wipers were broken and couldn't wait any longer). The next email I received was, "Your order has already been shipped. Yes you may return the order for a full refund assuming they are unopened and in new condition.
FYI: if they have been opened or are damaged there will be a 20% restock fee.
We recommend USPS First Class Package as it's the most affordable. But any shipping method is fine. Please send to:

Really? Wow. I resent the email saying i want a refund issued. Now it is a waiting game since customer service only responds a day later. I just want my refund for an order that was never received.
