I ordered some NBA gear as a Christmas present for my nephew back on November 24th. It's already December 18th and my order still hasn't shown up, even though the website said it should be here before Christmas. I've tried reaching out to customer service through their chat, but it seems like it's just a robot and hasn't been helpful at all. And to top it off, when I put in my order number (193-6028-5208), the system says it doesn't exist, even though that's the same number the company gave me. I'm really disappointed with how NBA Store has handled this whole thing.

Latex mattress error
I got this latex mattress and man, it's so freakin' hard! I tried putting a topper on it, switching around the layers, but it's still not good. And to top it off, Naturepedic won't let me return it, even with everything going on with the pandemic. It's been a complete nightmare and now I'm stuck with this $3000+ rock that's messing up my sleep.

And when I tried to log into my account to check on my order, I couldn't get in. Then I tried calling their customer service, but no luck there either. I ended up losing a bunch of money because of this whole mess. Just a heads up, be careful if you're thinking about shopping on this site.

Oh my gosh, this bracelet is absolutely adorable and super shiny! I enjoy wearing it because it makes me feel like a total boss lady. The rose gold color is perfect, and the message on it gives me so much confidence. The quality is top-notch too, it hasn't changed color or left any marks on my wrist like some other jewelry I've bought in the past. The only thing I wish was different is that the message could be a bit easier to read; it's a little small and tough to see unless you really focus. But all in all, I'm totally in love with this bracelet!
