Difficulty transferring phone
My experience switching my phone to this service has been super frustrating. It's been about three to four weeks, and I've only gotten one email about the transfer. I've been calling customer service every week for updates, and I end up waiting on hold for like 25 minutes each time. I asked for a refund and cancellation three weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for it to get sorted out.
