Really kind support
They have made a mistake with my order and I`ve contacted the the support. The lady was really kind and the second time I`ve received the right pair. I waited a bit longer but I`m happy with my shoes and the help I got from Girotti.
I ordered my pair on June 13th. They have not replied to my emails and no one is available to answer my calls. Left a message more than once, no response. I feel like Andre and I won't be tolerating much more before I cancel my order
I am sorry to hear of your negative reviews. I may be joining you soon. I have just received a beautiful pair of slip on shoes and they were gorgeous! ...but despite the fact I measured and remeasured my feet and ordered 2x wide, I could tell they were not going to fit, and sure enough they don't. It's not just a little tight (size 39 is correct) I can't get my foot entirely into the shoe, because there is no way these are extra wide..... If they fit, I'd be ordering a lot more shoes as I have trouble finding quality that fits. I will see how trying to return them works.

Melanie I ordered a pair of shoes in March 2020, and never received them. I've tried to call, & send emails ( No Response). Please let me know the Support number you used to contact Girotti. I've had no luck hearing from them. I feel swidled!!!
