Recent custom framing order
I just want to share my recent experience with this company. I was really let down by how they handled things when I needed some help the most. I had to deal with some personal stuff when my boyfriend wrongly accused me of domestic violence. Even though I really liked working there, I got fired from my job at Framebridge because I couldn't make it to work and let them know what was going on. They knew I was innocent, but they still let me go. It's pretty sad to see a company care more about how they look than taking care of their own people.

I just ordered some food and man, it was delicious! The service was great too. They actually forgot one of my items but they fixed it right away and even took the price off. It's so nice to have that option when you're feeling too lazy to cook or go out.

HDD enclosure in Space Grey
So, I picked up this HDD enclosure in Space Grey from y'all recently, but man, let me tell you, I was really bummed out by the color situation. The one I got was more on the Silver side, way lighter than what I had in mind. I even hit up your customer service peeps and sent them pics to show the color difference, but they were all like "nah, it's the right color." That got me so frustrated because the wrong color just didn't work for me at all. I had to send it back to the store and now I'm on the hunt for another brand that can get the color right. Dealing with customer support was pretty disappointing, so I probably won't be shopping with y'all again in the future.

I ordered a toy skateboard
I ordered this toy skateboard years ago, man. They kept insisting it was delivered, but I never got it! I had to call them a million times before they finally canceled my order.
