Motardinn Givi motorcycle windshield
I ordered the Givi AF260, adjustable airflow windshield. Givi products are excellent. I received only the base component and not the adjustable upper portion. I’ve spent a week trying to get the part missing shipped to me. I was offered a partial credit of $100.00 ( delivered cost is $225.98) and the option of keeping the partial order. Useless. I’ve waited days for a breakdown of the costs of returning the part. After numerous attempts to reach out to Motardinn for help I expect choosing to order from them was an expensive mistake. I’ve tried to get this resolved since February 19.
Whatever the apologetic response is don’t believe it. They sell excellent products but can’t deliver what any reasonable person would expect in product delivery or customer service.
