Wasted subscription
I recently bought a subscription that turned out to be a major letdown and waste of both time and money. I've been trying for more than a month now, but I still can't figure out how to install the products and actually use them. It's super frustrating because I only have one month left in my university course, and I really wanted to use these tools for my projects. I tried reaching out to their tech team for help, but the links they sent me were useless. Plus, they said they'd call me back but never did. It's really disappointing that they're not more on top of things, especially since it's so important to support the next generation of editors like me. It's no surprise that other universities are switching to alternative programs like Premier Pro, which have way better customer service and support.
