Bottle covers and lids return request
I asked for a refund on some bottle covers and lids over a month ago. At first, the company told me the return postage label wasn't working in two emails. But even after emailing them every week since then, I haven't heard anything back. I'm really annoyed and let down by their lack of communication. I won't be purchasing from them in the future.

Course doubt clarification
The doubt clarification we got during the course was awesome. The instructor really knew their stuff when it came to Jenkins and GitHub, explaining everything clearly and answering all our questions. They even took the time to help me understand how to fork in GitHub, which was super helpful. Overall, I feel like I really grasped the material much better after the course.
