Well, I love the products, they are amazing, adorable and flattering. However, I am not going to support a company that treats their customers purely as sources of profit. I cannot do that in good conscious. Even worse, the company claims to be eco-friendly and speaks of purity and love, yet none of this is exhibited in their customer care. Sorely disappointed in my experience with their customer service team. If you don’t care about being a number and treated like dirt, go ahead and order. The products are awesome, so I won’t begrudge them that.
I agree the Customer Service is terrible!!!! My order also seems stuck for months now and they will not refund nor support in any way. Their useless customer service gives the same answer over and over again without seemingly even reading what I ask for. It’s horrible and I don’t know the product yet but going through such a pain to receive it is definitely not worth it! Don’t buy there!!!
