Hydrangea purchase
I bought a hydrangea from this website back in January, but sadly, it arrived in a dormant state. I thought I'd wait till July to see if it would start sprouting, but unfortunately, there was no growth at all. When I contacted customer service about it, they wouldn't assist me because I didn't plant it right away like they wanted. But, there was no mention of that requirement when I made the purchase. How was I supposed to know if it was alive without seeing any growth? Overall, this has been a disappointment and a waste of my money and time.
