I love their clothes. Great quality and great cut/fit. Their sizing is relatively consisitent and they have pieces that last a long time. That being said, their customer service, as per other reviewers, sucks. Especially on their website. I find it odd that whenever they have an extra 40% off, certain items that end up being a really good deal on the sale page are mysteriously "not avaliable" anymore and then as soon as the sale is over, it's there. It makes me think they know there is high demand on their items and they know they can sell it for more so they dont' release the item. This has happened to me several times. When I reach out to say it's on the website, please process my order, they tell me every time it's sold out. Then when I order it right after they tell me, it ships to my house but without the price difference? It's 2021. Customer service is vital to a great business but I don't think their management team seems to understand that. It's a shame. Without it, people have WAY to many other options to shop and they will lose your customer base. I gave a 3 for delivery because it's hit or miss whether you'll actually receive your item when a site wide sale is happening.
