Toddler shoes replacement
I had to return my toddler's shoes because they were damaged. The store didn't have the replacement pair in stock right away, but I was patient and waited for them to come back. When they finally did, I contacted customer service and spoke with David Ulviczki-Szep. He was really helpful and made sure the replacement pair was sent out right away. I'm thankful for his great service and for taking care of the problem so quickly.
