I bought this Infinite Time Lock Couples Promises Matching set back in March and it was supposed to arrive within a couple weeks. But it's been way longer than that now, and my order is still stuck at "order placed" with no shipping updates. I've tried contacting customer service through email and phone, but haven't heard anything back. This lack of communication and delay in delivery is really frustrating.
