Groupon purchase for a merchant in a specific location
I just bought something from Groupon for a store in a certain area, but I had a problem getting more deals for other stores in the same area. I contacted Groupon Customer Support and a guy named Prince helped me out. He was quick to reply, super nice, and understood what was going on. He gave me a full refund right away, which was great. But I kept getting offers for stores in that same area, so I ended up giving my experience 4 stars instead of 5.
