I bought some skincare stuff from this site not too long ago, but man, it was a real letdown. The order showed up super late and the packaging was already messed up. I tried to reach out to their customer service for help, but no one ever got back to me. They didn't respond to my emails and I couldn't find a phone number to call. It was really annoying and just plain sad to get treated so poorly after dropping some serious cash on their stuff.

Leather handbag purchase
The leather handbag I bought from this catalog was really nice, but I thought it was a little pricey. Luckily, I found out they have a section with cheaper options. They have a lot of different stuff, but I was pretty disappointed with their customer service. I tried emailing them through their website but never heard back. It's not cool to ignore your customers like that. So, my time shopping with them was okay because of the good quality, but dealing with their customer service was annoying.
