Laptop warranty debacle
I bought a laptop not too long ago, but it crapped out on me after just 3 weeks. I gave customer service a call to cash in on the warranty, and they said they'd send a tech to my place to fix it up. Well, 2 months have gone by now, and despite me bugging them over the phone, there's no sign of the tech showing up or if I'm even getting a new one. This whole thing has been a major headache, and I'm pretty let down by the company's lack of keeping me in the loop.

Cold-pressed juice and acai bowl
The cold-pressed juice really hit the spot, so refreshing and full of good stuff. And that acai bowl? Absolutely scrumptious and left me feeling satisfied. The staff knew their stuff and were super friendly. Only downside was the prices seemed a tad steep for what you got. Ordering online was a breeze, but man, the delivery took way longer than I thought it would.
