Flex bag purchase
I bought the flex bag because I kept seeing it all over social media. When it arrived, it was the wrong size, so I reached out right away to cancel my order. It took customer service forever to get back to me, and by then they had already shipped the bag. Now they're ignoring my requests for a return label. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with how unprofessional they're being.

Amazing non-stick cookware

Heavyweight shirts, quick delivery, great service
I really like ordering shirts from this website, especially the heavyweight ones because they're really nice. Activewear purchase
I recently bought four pieces of activewear from your company and the ordering process was super easy. I got my items pretty quickly, but when I tried them on, they were too big. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size on the website, but then I found out they charged $5 for refunds, which was a bummer. I still tried to exchange them, but instead of getting the smaller size, I got a refund and lost $5. I contacted customer service by email, but they just sent me a generic response that didn't help me at all. Not being able to talk to someone directly and the lack of personalized help was really frustrating and made my experience pretty bad. So, I won't be buying anything from your company again.
