Promised shoes unavailable
I bought some shoes online, got a confirmation email, but then got another saying they were out of stock and my order was canceled. It was so disappointing, especially since they were supposed to be a gift. It makes me wonder how their system works, letting people buy things that aren't even available. It was just really frustrating overall.
