Lovability audio by Marisa Peer
I really recommend starting with Lovability, it's been a total game changer for me. Marisa Peer's audios are all great, but this one really helped me understand and embrace my own lovability. Check out some of her interviews and videos on the topic too, it really helps you grasp the concept even more. For me, it took more like 2-3 months of consistently listening to the audio every day to see some real changes. It's all about sticking with it, even if the effects aren't immediate, they'll definitely come with time.
