File transfer tool disappointment
I was really let down by this file transfer tool. I thought I'd be able to easily move files from my computer to my Apple tablet, but that wasn't the case at all. It only let me transfer from the tablet to the computer, which didn't help me at all. On top of that, not being able to get a refund was really annoying. I ended up with a product that didn't do what I needed it to do. It was a total waste of both time and money.
