Misleading Product Descriptions
When I recently ordered from this company, I was so let down and frustrated. The products I got were totally different from what I expected. The website links itself to big designer brands, giving the impression that they offer genuine products at good prices. But what I got were cheap knock-offs of the designer pieces I wanted. For instance, I was looking for a specific designer chair, and Interior Icons had a similar chair, but it was a fake. It felt like they were purposely tricking customers into thinking they were getting designer items. And when I tried to return the products, they charged me a lot for return shipping, which just made things worse. I'd suggest anyone looking to buy real designer items to steer clear of this company.
