Trainers return for refund
I recently bought a pair of trainers from Larizia, but had to return them because they didn't fit right. I sent them back following the return instructions and used tracked postage. Even though the package made it back to Larizia just fine, I still haven't gotten my refund or even a simple acknowledgment that they got the shoes back. It's been really frustrating that they haven't been in touch or processed my refund in a timely manner. I've reached out to them through email multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. This lack of customer service is just not okay and it's definitely not a good look for Larizia.
