Printer support experience
My experience trying to get help from the support site was really frustrating. It was so confusing trying to figure out how to create a support case. I felt like I was going in circles, and the system just didn't work in the end. Then they sent me to their support community, but that didn't help at all. I'm upset that it was so hard to get my printer issue fixed, especially since it's still under warranty for a few more days.
