Review about: Secret Escapes
Sri Lanka holiday experience
I had a great time with Secret Escapes on my recent trip to Sri Lanka, despite a few bumps in the road. At first, there were some unexpected changes to our hotel reservation, which was a bummer. But thanks to Rachel in customer service, we were able to stick with our original booking. The hotel wasn't flawless, but the amazing views, lovely beach, helpful staff, and perfect location made up for any issues. The excursions organized by Secret Escapes were a nice bonus and really enhanced the whole trip.
