Writing tool
I really like using the writing tool to help me get better at writing. It gives me really good suggestions and feedback to make my work better overall. The interface is easy to use and understand, which makes it really convenient. The only downside is that it only works in English, and I sometimes write in other languages too. But even with that limitation, I still think the tool is super helpful for my writing.

Sizing debacle
I recently bought two pairs of shorts from this company and I was really disappointed with the sizing. One pair was way too small, almost like a size 10, while the other pair was more like a tight size 12. I was really surprised by the inconsistency. When I tried to return them, I was taken aback to learn that I had to cover the cost of return shipping, and I couldn't even discuss exchanging them for the correct size. Honestly, I found the whole situation pretty frustrating. It's probably safe to say that they won't be getting my business again.
