2 summer "linen" dresses
One print, one size fits all and one black and white polkadot. Photos online a very deceptive. Actual items are cut very skimpy and would not fit any plus size person. The fabric is an unterterminite blend, poly rayon is my guess, but not linen or cotton. They are so skimpy that I could hardly get them over my average sized head to try on, as they have no buttons or zippers. Additionally they took 6 weeks to arrive well past the event I had ordered them for.
I am currently searching for a return address or customer service number. Reading other comments doesn't make return sound hopeful. Never even looking, let alone purchasing again!Review about: Cettire

BEWARE. This site is a joke. Lacks transparency and honesty. Terrible customer service rapport (because there is none) late follow up in emails ( a week response) I purchased a bag, did not hear of expected delivery time, inquired within; no response. Then I get a message of “looking into it” with no more info. Then after 14 follow up emails a women by the name on Josie follows up and says it is a site error, and the item was sold at an incorrect price and they will proceed with a refund (which still don’t have and no confirmation ). They even tried like others have said of offering a credit with an increase of 10 percent. This was infuriating because instead of providing delivery time and answers they try to smoke screen with site credit refund, when clearly the site says full refund. It should have not been hard, considering the bag was and still not shipped. They did something technically illegal in US law by charging, approving and accepting payment for item that was advertise on site and receipt, then held it buy not shipping it and saying over a week later it was an error on there side and cancelled the order. It does not work that way. False advertising is a thing Cettire. Josie and Winnie were the contacts who I messaged and they were not accommodating and or helpful.
Look up mama reviews and trust pilot reviews for cettire reviews they are just as bad. I only came upon them when I did not hear from them and wanted to check the legitimacy or lack there of.I’m sorry to hear, they are crooks and should be investigated. They also are fraudulently flagging reviewers on trust pilot who leave negative and truthful reviews. I wish there is something more one could do. I’m sorry again Cettire is an utter joke. I prefer Matches.
I had a similar experience with Josie, they’re unprofessional. I reported an item to be damaged within an hour of receiving it ( original sealed tags still attached ) . Yet they tried to deny a refund based on claiming it couldn’t be their fault !
I too just had a horrible experience with them .
I made several orders for my daughters and only 1 was shipped , they cancelled the other 2 orders because I paid with a different card but made me wait 2 weeks for my refund. Then I still went ahead & made another order with them , then I’m told the item is out of stock & I can either get a full refund or get a virtual gift card with an extra 10 percent off ..
After almost a week later I finally get the gift card . I then made a final order & have yet to hear anything about a shipment date ! I will never shop with them again!
I had the absolute worst experience with Cettire, and i will never be shopping at this store again. I purchased an item and it was not exactly what I wanted so i return my product and when they receive it, they tell me they can’t accept it any more. I have never had worse customer service EVER!!! Going on this website was my worst decision and I would much rather go to Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom’s next time. Never shop at this store if you want to be ROBBED!
