Duck Confit Purchase
I've been getting my duck confit from this company for a while now, but I've noticed that the quality has gone down recently. The last few orders I got were pretty dry and just didn't have that amazing flavor I was used to. It was definitely a letdown, especially since I've had such good experiences with them in the past. I really care about good ingredients and authentic tastes, so I was hoping for something better this time.
