    3 prescription glasses and 9 toppers

    So let me tell you about my experience with Pair. On April 13 I ordered $385 worth of glasses and toppers for my children. 3 prescription glasses and 9 toppers. At first they were great emailed me right away asking for some more information and when I gave them the information they said thank you and my order will be shipped out soon. Two weeks go by and I email the support team asking where my order is. They tell me they are working on it. Again I am very patient I understand COVID and shipping. So now going forward I email them once a week asking for updates on my order. Every time I get back they are working on it. So now what are we at almost two months later? Last week I email again but now I am getting madder because the website advertises fast turn around time with orders. Well I get an email back from Michael and the cofounder of the company Nathan talking about how sorry they are that something slipped up with my order and the ball was dropped and here are 10% and 50% off coupons. Then Michael proceeds to tell me the reason my order wasn’t shipped was because one of the toppers I ordered was on back order and that they were waiting for everything so it could be sent out. So don’t you think that maybe that should have been told to me in the past few weeks I have been emailing? Because I definitely would have just asked them to send out the order without the back ordered item. My children are so excited and waiting for their glasses. But anyway I tell Michael that I want the items shipped now I can get the back ordered item later. He then replies good news the item is in stock and we are sending it out now. Great. I get the confirmation the beginning of this week saying the order was shipped and I start to track it. I see today it was delivered so I go and get the package and wouldn’t you know I am missing 4 items. One of the items is an actual pair of glasses my son is waiting for. So I call them and of course every time you call nobody is ever there and you can leave a message. I spent $385 on all these items just to have to deal with two months of this and then to not even get my full order. But good news I did receive the back ordered item just not the other items. This is ridiculous like I should have to work this hard.

    I hope this is growing pains. NOT SURE how long they have been in business, but their customer service is SLOW!!! OMG. My sister gave me a lot of toppers that she got doubles of due to the companies mistakes last year. SO I finally decided to give them a go on their glasses in order to use those toppers. IM SO FRUSTRATED! Yes one time I made an error in order, and I did have good luck returning them though it took ages. BUT SLOW process. BE VERY patient if you want to order. I do love their products, so that is one thing going for them. BUT SLOWWWWWWW and sometimes dont read your emails and ask the SAME question back to you UGH
