I just bought some insulin testing supplies from this company, and I had a little problem with the size of the box they sent me. It was way too small for what I needed to return. But, I talked to this awesome customer service rep named Tiffany, and she was super helpful. She said they didn't have any bigger boxes, but she sent me another label so I could ship it back. I was really impressed by how quickly she helped me out and how dedicated she was to fixing the issue.
