As someone who shops at Anglo Dutch Pools & Toys, I have to say I was super impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff there. I bought a water analysis kit for my pool and the team really knew their stuff when it came to the products. They helped me pick out the right kit for what I needed and made sure I knew how to use it. The whole ordering process was easy and I got my kit quickly. I also liked that they offer water analysis services for pools and spas, which has been really helpful in keeping my pool water in top shape. Faulty item and return
Dealing with this brand has been super frustrating. I dropped a lot of cash on something that turned out to be a dud, and I've been trying to get a response for over 10 days now. I've sent follow-up emails but haven't heard a peep back. It's really disappointing to see this lack of communication and customer service, especially from a brand that's supposed to be top-notch.

I've been shopping at this store for years and I've always had a great experience. Prescription goggles for diving
I recently bought a pair of prescription goggles for diving from this company, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had Radial K eye surgery in the past, so I can't wear contacts or get more surgery. It was really important for me to find the right goggles, and these ones are perfect. The prescription is just right, and I can't wait for our upcoming diving trip to Turks & Caicos. Diving used to be blurry for me because of my farsightedness, but these goggles have really improved my visibility underwater. The quality of the goggles is excellent, and they even arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. Technical support assistance
I'm not really good with all this tech stuff when it comes to websites, but let me tell you about the technical support team - they've been a lifesaver! They went above and beyond to help me out with issues that weren't even their fault, and I can't thank them enough. I had a few rough patches, like when there was a fiberoptic cable cut causing trouble, and another time when a security feature they put in messed up my site. But they jumped right on it and fixed everything the same day. Those folks really know their stuff!

Underwear set
I was really disappointed in the customer service I got from this company. I had some problems with my order and I tried reaching out a bunch of times by email, but all I got back were these generic responses that didn't really help with my issues. The lack of communication made me feel like they weren't taking me seriously. Also, the prices for their products seemed kind of high, especially when compared to similar stuff out there. My order took longer to arrive than I thought it would, and they didn't really explain why. All in all, my experience with this company was really unsatisfactory and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
