Stylish dress
I just bought this cute dress from this one company and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. I ordered that dress a whole year ago and still haven't gotten it. The customer service has been totally ghosting me and every email they send just promises that my order is a top priority and on its way, but nothing ever shows up. Dealing with a company that's this shady and unorganized is beyond frustrating.

Derek at that store went above and beyond for me. He wasn't just attentive and customer-focused, but he also knew a lot about the products and helped me find exactly what I needed.
