Spam screening app
I downloaded this app hoping to put a stop to all those annoying spam texts I keep getting, but man, what a disappointment! I shelled out for the premium version thinking I'd get a second phone number that allowed calls and texts, but it turns out all it does is voicemail. Bummer! I tried asking the support team if I could switch the messaging feature to use my main phone line, but they basically said tough luck. And to add insult to injury, they bombarded me with ads through the app and my email! Can you believe it? Definitely not worth the money. Time to find a new app pronto.

Custom puzzle purchase
The customer service I got after buying a custom puzzle was amazing. When I got my puzzle, I saw that a piece was missing and there were a couple of mistakes I made. I reached out to the company and they got back to me quickly, fixed my errors, and sent me a brand new puzzle that was perfect. Their customer service was excellent, and I was really impressed with how efficiently and willingly they corrected the mistakes.
