Champ II visor in sand/gold
I bought the Champ II visor in sand/gold from this brand recently. The website said the visor didn't have any gold flecks, but when I got it, it was way more gold than I thought. I wanted to exchange it because the return policy said exchanges would be free. But when I reached out to customer service, they said I had to pay return shipping since I was in Canada. The website didn't clearly say that return shipping wasn't free for Canadians. Even after I pointed this out and asked for the policy, all the customer service agent could provide was a screenshot talking about duties and taxes, not shipping. The agent agreed it was a mistake and said they'd tell their supervisor. But the fact that they didn't offer free return shipping like they promised was still unresolved. This whole thing left me feeling annoyed and let down. It's not cool that a fancy brand like this isn't sticking to their online policy. It doesn't just affect how satisfied customers are, but also ruins their reputation. I'm gonna think twice about buying from them again, since their lack of responsibility and customer service in this situation was way below what I expected.

Shopping rewards and incentives
I just started using this service and I have to say, I am really impressed. Not only do I earn points for my purchases, but I also get to try out new products that I wouldn't have thought about before. The rewards have motivated me to check out different options and I have found some awesome stuff. And the points add up fast - I've already cashed in a few gift cards. I'm totally into it and excited to earn even more rewards.

So, you know, I've been using this thing for YEARS. I had the premium package and all that jazz. But when I needed to get my videos after my dog passed away (RIP, buddy), it was a total nightmare. Customer service was impossible to reach, and when I finally did, they promised a fix that never happened. I went back and forth with a bunch of emails, but it was all pointless. Eventually, after waiting a whole month, I asked for a refund and heard crickets. Seriously, all I wanted to do was keep those videos safe, ya know?
