    Decent visor, messy exchange

    Got this visor as a gift in December and tried it right away on a brisk walk. It actually feels nice — lightweight, breathable, and the brim blocks glare well. Fit was a little weird though, kind of loose in the back, so I asked to swap styles. That’s when it went downhill. Had to wait weeks for a return label, then more weeks for them to process and finally give store credit. By the time I could buy the replacement it wasn’t on sale anymore and they deducted shipping, so I paid about $100 more out of pocket. Product feels good. Service? Not so much.

    Hat purchase left me annoyed

    I almost didn’t buy these hats because I hesitated over the return policy and the price — I wear hats every day for commuting and weekends, and I didn’t want to be stuck with something that didn’t fit or looked off. The site had conflicting info about returns (one place said 28 days after delivery, another said 28 days after purchase) and that made me pause. I went ahead anyway because the styles were exactly what I use for work and casual days. After they arrived one didn’t sit right, so I tried to sort a return. That’s where things went downhill. First customer support insisted on the other 28-day timeline, then they asked me to pay a $22 return shipping fee that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the site — surprise fees are the worst. I emailed, called, left voicemail and finally got a manager on the phone who interrupted multiple times and basically accused me of being rude when I was just trying to explain the timeline and ask for a label. She said she’d send a label but I still had to pay the $22, and I’m still waiting for that label three days later. I like the hats themselves — wearable, sturdy, good for daily use — but the support and unclear returns really soured the experience. I’ll buy from a store next time rather than direct.

    Missing purse, fading trust

    classic, exactly what I expected), but the purse I’d paid $350 for was nowhere to be seen. Strange little scene: me holding a new hat, peeking back into the box like maybe it was shy. I’ve bought from these folks for years (spent thousands over time), so this felt extra weird — like a weird break-up with a brand I kind of trusted.
    Anyway, I called and emailed right away. At first I was a bit confused, like maybe I’d missed a separate delivery. Nope. No purse. Customer service eventually replied with photos of someone “packing” the purse, which is fine — except those photos didn’t show the whole packing-to-seal process. So I kept thinking, anything could’ve happened between that snapshot and the final box. It felt like being asked to trust a glossy snapshot without the rest of the story. Not comforting.
    I tried to be patient and polite (I mean, I really did). I explained I’d been a loyal customer, mentioned the cost, explained the missing item. But after multiple follow-ups I got radio silence more than actual help. That’s the worst part: not the missing purse itself (okay, that sucks), but the way the company handled it. The responses felt dismissive and, at times, a little evasive. I don’t like sounding dramatic, but it was stressful — money gone, no product, and no decent explanation.
    There were small moments that almost made me laugh — like imagining the purse taking a solo trip — but mostly I felt frustrated. I wanted a simple resolution: either send the purse, refund, or give a clear, honest answer. Instead I got half-answers and then nothing. If you care about prompt delivery and a customer service team that actually follows up, be cautious. I still like their designs, and the hat was lovely, but this experience has made me second-guess where I spend my money going forward.

    Champ II visor in sand/gold

    I bought the Champ II visor in sand/gold from this brand recently. The website said the visor didn't have any gold flecks, but when I got it, it was way more gold than I thought. I wanted to exchange it because the return policy said exchanges would be free. But when I reached out to customer service, they said I had to pay return shipping since I was in Canada. The website didn't clearly say that return shipping wasn't free for Canadians. Even after I pointed this out and asked for the policy, all the customer service agent could provide was a screenshot talking about duties and taxes, not shipping. The agent agreed it was a mistake and said they'd tell their supervisor. But the fact that they didn't offer free return shipping like they promised was still unresolved. This whole thing left me feeling annoyed and let down. It's not cool that a fancy brand like this isn't sticking to their online policy. It doesn't just affect how satisfied customers are, but also ruins their reputation. I'm gonna think twice about buying from them again, since their lack of responsibility and customer service in this situation was way below what I expected.

    Hat from online store

    I was really disappointed with my experience shopping at this online store. I bought a hat from them recently, and I didn't even get a confirmation email. I had to call and ask for one to be sent manually. To make matters worse, I found out about a sneaky fee from a company called Navidium for shipping insurance that was automatically added unless you opted out. They didn't make that clear during checkout, and I've never seen any other online store do that. It felt like they were trying to sneak in extra charges without telling me. All in all, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not too happy with them.
