Horrible service
The service was terrible. They were nowhere to be found. Per the contract, they were supposed to give me back my deposit within a month of the lease ending. But the owner refused for no good reason and I was left high and dry. I even wrote a bad review for them, but it never got posted online. With such a high cost for such a lousy service, I'm extremely let down.

Clothing purchase for a special event
I recently bought some clothes from this store for a special event coming up. But guess what? The stuff never showed up! So, I shot customer service an email to see what's going on, and turns out I missed the deadline to report it missing by a month. I tried explaining my predicament, but they wouldn't budge - no refund, no new shipment. Seriously disappointing, right? Overall, this store's been a letdown and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Satin pillow cases and rice water shampoo and conditioner bars
These satin pillow cases from this store, they're seriously the best I've ever bought. I've tried a bunch of other brands, but none of them even come close to the quality and comfort of these ones. Plus, those rice water shampoo and conditioner bars are fantastic. They feel like salon products, but with the bonus of no waste. And can we just take a moment to appreciate how cute the packaging is and how easy to use the website is?
