Toothbrush replacement
I had a pretty bad experience with a toothbrush replacement service not too long ago. My original toothbrush broke, so I tried to reach out to customer service for help. But instead of talking to a real person, I had to chat and follow some troubleshooting tips. Unfortunately, they didn't solve my problem. So, I decided to just cancel my subscription and switch to a different toothbrush brand that I actually liked better. Even though I canceled my subscription six months ago, I got surprised with a charge and a notification that a new brush head was on its way at the beginning of this year.
