The website is really great, and the product I got was exactly what I needed. I'm thankful I could find items that are not easy to find around here. The service was okay, but I do wish they could've been a bit more helpful with communication. The delivery time was pretty good, especially considering how far it had to travel. All in all, I'd definitely use this website again.

Customer service really needs to step it up. I tried to change my shipping address right after I placed my order, but had a hard time getting through to them and they took forever to respond. They did eventually agree to ship it to the new address, but the whole thing was just really frustrating.
