Tires ordered on Friday, October 14
I ordered some tires on a Friday afternoon, thinking it would be a smooth process with fast delivery. But man, this company has really dropped the ball. They charged me right away, but haven't given me any delivery details or updates. I've tried emailing, chatting, and calling them a bunch of times, but no response. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and it's got me feeling annoyed and worried about my order. I really need those tires soon, so I can't deal with this kind of unreliable service wasting my time and money.
