Delayed order
I bought something recently and it took longer than expected to get to me. I placed the order on a Wednesday but didn't get it until the next Saturday. When I reached out to Smallflower's Customer Service, they said the delay was because of bad weather. Even though I paid extra for faster shipping, the package still didn't come on time. The estimated delivery date got pushed back a whole week, which was annoying. This whole thing is making me think twice about shopping at this store again in the future. They definitely need to work on their shipping and handling process.
