Canceled order
They totally canceled my order without any heads up! I had to play detective and do some snooping to figure out they axed it. Such a pain! Gonna check my credit card to make sure I got my money back. If not, I'll swing on back here and give y'all an update. Definitely not using them again. Heads up, fellow buyers!

I just ordered something online, and there was a problem with a discount not being applied correctly. But when I contacted customer service about it, they were super helpful! The rep took care of the issue right away and let me know that I would be getting a refund for the discount I missed out on. The customer service team was really quick and on top of things, and I was happy with how my problem was resolved.

Recent online orders
I recently bought some stuff online, and man, I gotta say, I am super bummed about the whole thing. The first thing I ordered took a whole week to get to me, which was kind of annoying but whatever. But then my second order straight up never showed up! I ordered it on November 19th, and here we are still waiting. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but all I got back was some generic message saying my order was shipped. Clearly, it wasn't 'cause I never got it. I even messaged them on Facebook, and they said the package was picked up from some place I never even set up. After I told them that, they said they'd send it again. Finally, when it came, it was the wrong thing! I am so done at this point. I emailed and messaged them on Facebook so many times, and not a single response. They took my money, and I still don't have my stuff I ordered forever ago. This lack of communication and bad service is just not cool.

Outdoor poolside curtain purchase
The outdoor poolside curtain I got at KGorge is top-notch. I picked up a chocolate brown one back in early November '22, and I gotta say, it's been amazing. It's been through all kinds of weather and poolside action, yet the color is still going strong and it's super durable. The rich hue really brings a resort-like vibe to my pool area, making it a peaceful and inviting spot. I'm super happy with my purchase and definitely recommend KGorge for anyone looking for quality outdoor curtains.
