DO NOT BUY FROM RAIL NINJA !
There are so many bad reviews regarding Rail Ninja.
I personally have bad experiences with Rail Ninja - I was tricked into thinking buying directly from the JR Japan rail company, they not only overcharge but any modifications or cancellation to the ticket is with excessive charge - and there is no phone no listed for customer service.
Their website should not be allowed to operate. It's a SCAM and FRAUD.
Other reviews indicated that RAILNINJA makes the whole process via email looks LEGIT which they email you a passcode and password for you to show to the ticket counter officer. But it is not VALID through all JAPAN JR Railways.
