I just bought some stuff and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The prices were high and I had to spend a lot to get free shipping. On top of that, the shipping took forever, way longer than I was told it would. It just left me feeling all kinds of frustrated and disappointed with the customer service.

Flannel shirt gift, Christmas
I bought this really awesome flannel shirt for my dad for Christmas. It was great, but, like, after wearing it only twice, the bottom snap fell off. I reached out to the company and they were super quick in assisting me. Now I'm just waiting for a replacement shirt and I'm planning to donate the messed up one to homeless individuals.

Mattress purchase
Let me tell ya, I got a mattress from this place and after my Amazon warranty ran out, I had some issues. But you know what? These guys really came through for me and took care of everything. They even went above and beyond by giving me a call to follow up. Now that's what I call awesome customer service!
